Our Return Policy

In an effort to improve our after-sales service system and to make consumers more satisfied, our company has implemented a return and exchange policy. This document is established in accordance with the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests,” the “Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China,” and other relevant regulations. All customers who meet the return and exchange conditions and have been approved for a return or exchange must follow the terms outlined below (except for returns and exchanges specified for special products):

Return and Exchange Eligibility:

Customers who purchase products from our company, regardless of the delivery and payment methods used, may apply for a return or exchange in accordance with these regulations.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

– Products with quality issues (the company is not responsible for quality issues caused by consumer actions).

Conditions for Product Exchange:

3.1. The product has not been contaminated.

3.2. The packaging of the product for exchange is intact (including both inner and outer packaging) and does not affect the product’s resalability.

3.3. All accompanying information with the product, including the product certificate, manual, etc.

3.4. Any gifts that come with the product.

3.5. All relevant documentation, including delivery/receipt notes, invoices, etc.

**Conditions for Product Return:

4.1. The packaging of the product for return is intact (including both inner and outer packaging) and does not affect the product’s resalability.

4.2. All accompanying information with the product, including the product certificate, manual, etc.

4.3. Any gifts, company manuals, promotional materials, and internal company documents that come with the product.

**Time Limit for Returns and Exchanges:

Customers may exchange goods within 30 days of receiving them.

**Return and Exchange Process:

6.1. If you meet the requirements for a return or exchange, please contact the company by phone before returning or exchanging the goods, providing details such as the name, quantity, and address of the goods to be returned or exchanged. Alternatively, log in to the company’s website, download, and accurately complete the “Return/Exchange Registration Form,” then fax it to our company. Once our company receives the “Return/Exchange Registration Form,” our after-sales service specialist will immediately contact the person who will return or exchange the goods and respond to their request.

6.2. The company’s logistics department will inspect and accept the returned and exchanged goods uniformly. After the goods are inspected and accepted, the supervisor of the logistics department will submit the “Return/Exchange Registration Form” to the director of the business department for preliminary review and signature, then report to the general manager for approval before processing the return or exchange.

6.3. After the request has been reviewed and approved, the person in charge of the logistics department will promptly contact the customer and provide instructions for returning or exchanging the items.

**Refund Processing Method:

For refunds resulting from returns, we will credit the amount to the customer’s designated account after receiving and verifying that the product is in its original condition.

**Precautions for Returns and Exchanges:

8.1. You can only exchange the product for the same item or a product of equivalent retail value.

8.2. The party returning or exchanging the goods is responsible for all shipping costs and any packaging damages incurred during the return or exchange process.

8.3. Customers may call the company’s after-sales service hotline for consultation.
